Who am I?

I love working with teams and individuals on complex and challenging problems, in fact tough challenges are enormous future opportunity. I am hired to fix and/or improve matching my drive for “more and better”. I love to support clients to seek the optimal solution for their context. Lucie’s key to success have been – beyond her technical skills – authenticity, open -communication and -mindedness, ability to inspire, genuine interest and trust in others’ capabilities.

Leadership Development, Coaching & Consulting Experience

I am a solution-focused, high-energy, and empathetic professional coach (ACC) with 400+ coaching hours, trainer and facilitator, fascinated by uniqueness, authenticity, and diversity. My focus is on enabling the clients to break through the glass ceiling and gaining confidence in the their unique abilities as a leader. Lucie’s approach is on building self-confidence and learning to trust a person’s inner self: believing that healthy and balanced self-esteem unlocks potential and is key to overall satisfaction.
Beyond that, I also collaborate with Universities either as a lecturer (Les Roches, Glion, University Rey Juan Carlos) or coach (HEC Paris, etc.)

Other Relevant Experience

I am a self-starter and self-motivated critical thinker with 15 yrs. of professional and 13 yrs. of leadership experience working and living on 3 different continents. I have successfully led revenue optimization strategies and organization changes for diverse travel firms, including the $3B Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Since 2019 I have been part of the leadership team of the renowned strategic consulting Boston Consulting Group – taking the challenge to the next level, supporting large transformations.
