• I appreciated a lot the fact that you are a great listener, and you took your time to make 1:1 calls with everyone. You seem to be extremely empathetic person and cares about everyone. You are also very structured (appreciated how you were taking notes and giving us instructions) and last but not least you are very funny and knows how to make team laugh. I also love the fact that you know how to speak several languages and that you have been living in a lot of countries. (Lastly choosing Italy as place to live 😊)
• You’re really fun to work with, great positive vibes whenever you join the call and especially great advice, the cute dog is a huge plus 😊

• Despite being at zoom (which I guess it’s not the best setting for this) you gave us great ambience and provided tips and tricks on the human aspect of the job which I think is what we actually need at this stage, technicalities will eventually come! Still provided actual resources or made sure we have them, which was also great. Honestly very happy we were on your group and didn’t have the time to find any growth area for you here.
