I’ve had the opportunity to meet with Lucie twice and I’m amazed about her competencies within this area. From the first day we met she has been exceptional in her work.
For her it’s all about the human behind the screen who is about to embark on their journey towards becoming a MBB consultant. She truly spends time on making a in-depth diagnostic of where you are currently and the steps to progress. Not just a quick diagnostic where a frameworks will be the main driver for your progression. She thoroughly goes through all the necessary areas from CV/Cover letter to Case solving elements (math, structure etc) with recommendations and actions for each.

The missed element which has been a kicker for me is to understand WHY. By why i mean the reason for the interview to be structured as it is. She is very clear in very angle and takes the coaching to another level.
